Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products

Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not already shipped from the warehouse. Please send us an email on care@vareesha.com or call us on our helpline number 991 030 2737. We will issue store credits for orders that are successfully cancelled. Our store credits are valid for six months from the date of issuance.

Return Products:

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.

Our products are hand-made, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but an inherent part of the manufacturing process. Most of our dinnerware and crockery is painted and glazed at 1000°c and thus its impossible to predict the final shade or flow or drip. Therefore these are not regarded as defects and will not be eligible for  replacement.

Due to the high cost of shipping home products, we do NOT permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.

Request you to raise a replacement request only if:

  • The Product you received is damaged.
  • The Product you received has some manufacturing defect.
  • The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

All such products should reach us in the original condition as received by you, with their original packing. We will NOT be able to provide replacement if the product does not reach us in proper condition. We urge you to keep the necessary images ready while handing over the item to the courier partners.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please - 

  • Email us at care@vareesha.com with images of the product within 48 hours of receiving along with the order number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
  • After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.
  • Products that are customized on request and products under deep discounts and steal deals are not returnable.
  • In an off chance, that the replacement product is not available or there are unforeseen circumstances, a store credit is issued (valid for six months from date of issuance ) or in exceptional cases a refund may be initiated to the original mode of payment, after deducting a nominal courier fee. 
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be through store credits only.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.

Exchange Products:

We do not offer exchange of products.
